As first-time home buyers, we were a bit intimidated by the competitive East Bay Market, but we were lucky enough to work with Jake as our buyer's agent. Because Jake is from Alameda, he is incredibly knowledgeable about the local eateries, schools, attractions, etc. in the area and had lots of recommendations as we toured potential homes.
